VISCOTAQ® is a worldwide patented viscous elastic pipeline technology coating that is used for corrosion prevention of pipelines, storage tanks, soil to air transitions, above ground flanges, pipe crossings and in the ditch applications. VISCOTAQ® also offers a unique waterproofing line of products to stop water infiltration at pipe casings, buildings, vaults, storm drains, sewer lines and more. VISCOTAQ® products have been tested extensively by external laboratories, international oil and gas companies as well as in field trials. The VISCOTAQ® products differentiate from any other product by being a synthetic viscous elastic solid, combining excellent adhesion based upon the Van Der Waals bonding principle, while being a solid with no dripping behavior.
WRAPPING PIPES & FITTINGS
VISCOWRAP is a two layer system that consists of a corrosion protective inner wrap and mechanical protective outer wrap that can be a PE, PVC or PU composite outer wrap.
TANK CHIME SEALANT SYSTEM
The material can be used for corrosion protection of above ground flanges, as a waterproof seal at ring wall tanks and for water proofing cable and pipe penetrations.
CASING END SEAL SYSTEM
The system is applied to prevent water infiltration and corrosion where the carrier pipe enters the casing pipe. The carrier pipe does not need to be centred in the casing.
FIELD JOINT COATING
VISCOSLEEVE is a viscous-elastic self healing heat shrink sleeve for the protection of under and above ground field joints against corrosion.
WATER PROFFING
The material can be used for corrosion protection of above ground flanges, as a waterproof seal at ring wall tanks and for water proofing cable and pipe penetrations.
FLANGE PROTECTION
The Flange Protection system consist of the VISCOSEALANT in combination with the EZ WRAP to stop corrosion between the flange faces of onshore and offshore applications.
PIPELINE ENCAPSULATION SYSTEM
VISCOTAQ is a viscous elastic coating for protection of underground and aboveground substrate. VISCOTAQ forms a homogenous, continuous, impervious coating which is self-healing in cases of minimal damages.
OFF SHORE JETTY PILES
The VISCOTAQ corrosion preventative materials are fully flexible and do not require a tensioned application. The materials do not harden or cure and keep their unique characteristics throughout the lifetime of the object.
