CLOCK SPRINGThe Clock Spring® pipe repair system is a high-strength corrosion-resistant e-glass and resin composite sleeve, a high-performance adhesive, and high-strength filler material. Clock Spring repairs are fast, economical, safe.

CONTOURThe flexible repair technique allows materials to be tailored on-site to enable the repair of complex geometrical shapes. The CSC can provide protection from external corrosion and can seal leaking defects.

LEAKSTOPPERThe Leak Stopper™ is ideal for oil and gas pipelines, refineries and petrochemical plants, and municipal water and gas distribution lines, replacing costly and cumbersome bolt-on products and clamps.

PIPE SUPPORTPipe Support provides effective protection at support or hang locations and can be applied quickly and easily. The composite sleeve forms a wear surface to protect the pipe from wear and corrosion.

PIPE SUPPORTThe Snap Wrap repair is comprised of multiple layers of a composite split-sleeve, Snap Wrap can be used to permanently repair external blunt defects with a depth of less than 90% of the nominal wall thickness.

SPECIALITY COATINGSSpecialty coatings include those designed for standard temperatures, medium to high temperatures, irregular shapes, and unique application conditions. Liquid epoxy, urethane, and polyurea are the sources of our solutions

SCARGUARD®ScarGuard® is designed to protect ﬁeld joint and mainline coatings from the mechanical stresses and scarring associated with horizontal directional drilling (HDD), thrust boring, direct pipe and micro-tunneling installation of pipelines. ScarGuard® is a composite Abrasion Resistant Overcoat (ARO) comprised of ﬁberglass fabric and pre-impregnated ﬂexible resin that is activated by water and cured within minutes.

ATLAS™Atlas™ is the most tested carbon ﬁber composite solution for the permanent repair and rehabilitation of pipelines and piping structures. Atlas™ is highly engineered to permanently restore the original strength of pipelines suffering from both common and complex pipeline anomalies while maintaining strict compliance with corresponding regulations, codes and standards.

THERMOWRAP®ThermoWrap® is an engineered, ﬁeld-saturated repair system made of proprietary ﬁberglass cloth applied with a two-part epoxy and a high-modulus ﬁller material. ThermoWrap® is used globally in plants, refineries, tank farms, terminals and on offshore assests as a pressure-containing repair to seal leaks and as a reinforcing repair to restore the strength of a pipe in the axial and circumferential directions.
