Corrosion Prevention Coatings
VISCOTAQ® is a worldwide patented viscous elastic pipeline technology coating that is used for corrosion prevention of pipelines, storage tanks, soil to air transitions, above ground flanges, pipe crossings and in the ditch applications. VISCOTAQ® also offers a unique waterproofing line of products to stop water infiltration at pipe casings, buildings, vaults, storm drains, sewer lines and more. VISCOTAQ® products have been tested extensively by external laboratories, international oil and gas companies as well as in field trials. The VISCOTAQ® products differentiate from any other product by being a synthetic viscous elastic solid, combining excellent adhesion based upon the Van Der Waals bonding principle, while being a solid with no dripping behavior.
WRAPPING PIPES & FITTINGS
ViscoWrap HT is an amorphous, apolar, visco-elastic, semi-solid, polyolefi n coating for corrosion prevention of underground and aboveground substrates for high temperatures.
TANK CHIME SEALANT SYSTEM
Tank Chime Sealant System is based upon the use of EZWrap in combination with the ViscoSealant. viscous elastic synthetic material that remains flexible during its entire life.
CASING END SEAL SYSTEM
Casing End Seal System is based upon the use of the Viscotaq® Viscopaste in combination with the Viscotaq® Viscowrap and the Viscotaq® PU Composite Wrap.
FIELD JOINT COATING
VISCOTAQ® Viscowrap HT is an amorphous a-polar viscous elastic solid polyolefin coating in roll form used for the protection of under and aboveground substrates against corrosion.
WATER PROFFING
Viscotaq® Visco Sealant is a non seal conduits where single or multiple pipes or cables penetrate a wall against the infiltration of moisture or gasses.
FLANGE PROTECTION
The Flange Protection system consist of the Viscosealant in combination with the EZ Wrap to stop corrosion between the flange faces of on onshore and offshore applications.
PIPELINE ENCAPSULATION SYSTEM
Viscotaq® is a viscous elastic coating for protection. Viscotaq® forms a homogenous, continuous, impervious coating which is self-healing in cases of minimal damages.
